Provençal Olive Spread
Ingredients
15 oz cans Great Northern beans or other white beans (2), rinsed and drained
1 tsp fennel seeds
4 tsp capers
4 tsp red wine vinegar
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp salt
16 kalamata olives, pitted
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Place bean mixture in a bowl.
