Black Bean Dip

Makes 24 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation: Put all ingredients into food processor and blend. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
